It's my nameon the truck.
I am Hamid. A and B is not a company with a call center and a fleet of crews — it is me, my trailer, and the machines parked behind the house. When you call, you get the person who will actually be standing in your kitchen with a pry bar.
I work out of San Jose and I take jobs up to about fifty miles out. Homeowners, landlords, realtors getting a property ready, small businesses refitting a space. Big tear-out or a short punch list, the approach is the same: show up when I say, give you one honest number, and leave the place cleaner than I found it.
What “owner-operated” means
No middleman.
No excuses.
You get one price
Not a quote from a salesman and a bill from a crew. The number I give you on your driveway is the number.
The machine is mine
A Bobcat and a backhoe, not a rental. No waiting on a yard, no day-rate clock ticking on your job.
I do the tear-out and the finish
Demolition, hauling, tile, pavers, repairs — the same hands start it and finish it, so nothing gets dropped between trades.
Debris leaves with me
Trailer is on site. The pile goes with me the same trip. No dumpster sitting in your driveway for a week.
A job that is not worth doing gets told it is not worth doing. That is a cheaper conversation than the one after it.
